How technology & social media revolutionized how PIMPS operate & why FOSTA is important

Alexandra Mayers explains how technology (namely websites and social media) revolutionized how pimps (sex traffickers) recruit new clients, operate their prostitution rings and why such activity likely led to FOSTA (Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017) legislation being passed.

Alexandra shares how she’s learned through her various communications with women in the tech industry, they have a difficult time forming romantic relationships with their male peers due to the males being conditioned by prostitution, escorting and sugarbaby websites essentially delivering them a woman (“on demand style”) they can pay for their time.

Men in the tech industry as of current are a prime target for pimps as they tend to be well paying clients for their product (prostitutes who often are also pornstars). Alexandra shares a bit of history in this video in regards to who the major client bases of prostitutes have been over the years (basically anyone attached to the energy industry or the industries that run our world – oil, technology, political vehicals, automotive, etc). Alexandra shares her concern
about porn valley pimps spreading their mentality (via the prostitutes that are pimped and hate crime websites such as Pornwikileaks) of racism, misogyny & homophobia to their client base.

Alexandra also explains how the porn industry mantra being promoted as of current of “It’s my body it’s my choice” could easily lead to complete racial segration of “white” porn from “Black” porn.

As of current pending legislation such as SESTA (Senate Bill 1693 which goes to the floor Monday 3/12) will work in conjunction with FOSTA to further curb the current epidemic of the action of being able to order a woman for sexual services over the internet “on demand” style.

It is suggested that you watch Alexandra Mayers’ review of a porn movie (which is ironically a sort of anti-porn movie) called “The Hooker Experience”. The movie essentially outlines the blueprint of how pimps in today’s internet age traffic women.

Alexandra also shares a warning about what to look for in a true predator. Often times the best predators wear a very unassuming mask (sometimes that of the “nerd” or “geek”) – never let that fool you.
