I almost canceled a trip to St. Louis Missouri I’d planned and paid for in advance due to someone I’d planned to meet backing out about a day before I was scheduled to arrive (it’s a long story – basically someone misrepresented themselves to me – but I’ve already gotten over the situation)… but due to not wanting to lose my deposits I decided to go ahead and take the trip and explore the city solo.
Surprisingly, I had a very pleasant visit – St. Louis has a very mellow vibe and there’s a lot of historical places to tour.
Below are a few travel videos from my trip. It definitely was cold here in comparison to Houston, but the weather was a nice change of pace – I even experienced some light snowfall.

A couple recent live streams… the first goes into detail about some racism and bigotry I recently contended with within an online “community” (a community that seeks to remain predominantly a “whites only boys club”) and the second is just me catching up my viewers with what’s going on in my life…

As we shift into Summer I’m feeling a bit more energetic…I’m also noticing that I’m slimming down again. Below are a few recent thought commentaries, live chats and travel videos as I make my way from Texas into the Midwest region of the United States. Enjoy 😊

As we roll into March I feel as though I’m hitting my stride as a nomadic artist, journalist and online professional. My latest project www.IRLnewsTime.com is developing nicely and I’m finally finding the time to paint on occasion and produce music (opting to travel with my music production equipment was definitely a good move).
Since hitting the road September 1, 2020 I’ve survived Oklahoma Ice storm Billy and Dallas snow storm Uri…I have a renewed appreciation for the south eastern states since the Dallas incident (lol!)
One of my favorite haunts as of current is New Orleans…the vibe of that area resonates with my spirit. I will probably spend the winters in that city for the next few years.

I might start discussing politics again this summer – we’ll see…

Did a 3 mile outdoor jog/walk this early afternoon. It was humid as could be, but this selfie made me realize the effort is worth not looking like a little brown pig anymore.

I’m likely going to keep my distance running primarily outdoors at this point.

I’ll be taking a few days maybe longer…

I’ll be taking a few days (maybe longer) away from Twitter and other social media due my needing to complete a few projects before the end of the month along with my realizing that if I don’t take care of a certain problem (a problem that I’d have thought a man would have tackled by now) no one else will.

If someone had told me when I was in my teens, 20’s or even 30’s that I’d develop into the person I am today at 41 years old, I’d never have believed it… but the fact is I love the person I am today and I love my family (especially my Mother, Father and Sister) very much.

I took these selfies last night. My body has never looked like this before. When I was younger I was thin, but not what I’d consider today as “fit”. I think if I continue working out as I have, I could have a future as a mature fitness model. I’m definitely considering getting certified as a personal trainer…
