As of this morning due to both the advice of law enforcement and my personal attorney (considering some details in regards to an extensive investigation I’ve taken part in) I have completely disconnected (via means of direct communication) from anyone I have communicated with through the #IRLnewsTime project. The #IRLnewsTime project is not closed – however the project will no longer receive input from the public.
Over the past few years, I have been maliciously stalked, had my life threatened and have been extensively legally actionably slandered by a mentally ill, drug addicted, abusive parent who is also a criminal proficient in identity theft and drug distribution known as public figure Amber Hall.
Initially Hall attempted to “strong arm” me into a form of blackmail and extortion upon donating funds to her for her child. I refused to acknowledge her intimidation attempts and told her to go where she belongs…to hell.
Hall later created a malicious online hate campaign against me in effort to cover her tracks in regards to her attempted extortion of me and blackmail requests to lie about a male live streamer known as Ganval. Hall maliciously lied to Yuma, AZ law enforcement authorities over 3 years ago in regards to me (she was specifically coached by a live streamer who was found dead of an illegal drug overdose known as “Music Biz Marty”) to obtain an unenforceable warrant for my arrest. In time, Hall connected with a criminal known to make threats of violence and death against individuals he’s paid to target (he is known as Eldo or BigEldo215) who threatened (via electronic communication means) to assault me physically twice.
Later, Hall illegally obtained my personal information (for the purpose of malicious stalking) from a male live streamer I attempted to help get clean from illegal substances known as public figure Thomas Oaks aka Tommy James. Eventually, Hall in conjunction with another criminal known as public figure Rick Bastuba (who is known to maliciously target women AND their vulnerable family members) engaged in electronic communication harassment in conjunction with a public figure known as Karen Latimer – by threatening to harm not only myself, but my dearly departed father (before my father passed March 9, 2025).
Finally, Hall connected with both her and Bastuba’s associates known as Amanda Artaud and Victor DeLeon. With Hall’s assistance I was stalked, tracked and located in Orlando Florida on International drive and approached in a threatening manner by DeLeon. DeLeon had a firearm concealed in his backpack upon approaching me physically (and I’m fortunately to have been able to leave the scene without being shot).
On a near daily basis I have been threatened by associates of Hall. She has criminally distributed my personal information to a multitude of parties with the apparent intent of me being physically harmed by her associates (if not worse).
Upon it being known publicly that I’m in the process of attempting to conceive my first child, associates of Hall have threatened the life of my future child.
As many who have followed me for years know, I will go the distance to “fight the good fight” and do my best in regards to my independent investigative journalism. However, for my own safety and well being – it is time for me to shift gears.
In the event I am harmed (or worse), I am making the public aware of this situation.
I would not advise at this stage to enter the live streaming communities I’ve had the blessing of covering via the #IRLnewsTime project over the past few years – as unfortunately those communities are primarily comprised of criminals involved in money laundering, illegal substance distribution, illegal substance abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, the abuse of vulnerable women, racist based hate crime and theft. On this channel, I will continue my live Bible readings and commentary – along with some interesting travel and cooking live streams. I kindly ask that those who got to know me through the #IRLnewsTime project leave me alone and not contact me directly via any means.
Unfortunately, even the “good” within the streaming communities I’ve covered are beholden to criminals – and my life is far too good to associate with the type of trash this post has outlined.
